We also have bundle discounts if more people apply for accommodation together with upto an additional 10% off, which you can avail by mentioning on the pre-book form. Also, look out for our promotions and corporate colabs and get exclusive rates on new places by following our social media and joining our mailing list. We also have an introductory price tier planned in the future. We are new to bachelor lodging and are trying our best to make our offerings more affordable.

Personal Space/Room:
At any time during your tenancy period, your are 100% liable to any damage to existing fittings, furniture or fixtures or any other kind of damage to property that occurs within your own rented room and any extending sections for e.g. bathroom. If incurred, this damage will be invoiced to you at the end of the month and you will be legally liable to pay it within the specified time or get it repaired at your own cost. Failure to do so can result in you being legally evicted from the property and/or forfeiting your security deposit.
Shared Spaces:
Any damage that occurs in any of the shared spaces will be processed in the same manner, however the cost of damages will be equally shared between all occupants unless specified otherwise. Nestt reserves all rights over these damages. Legal covenants regarding this are stated in the rental agreement at the time of renting.
Ofcourse! Just like any other rental accommodation, your place is your own to invite whoever you want to, at your own responsibility. Please be mindful that any guests follow the stipulated property rules and do not cause inconvenience for any other housemates.
Please note that our space is for residential purposes only, and only for the person/(s) we have rented it out to. If you want to give a temporary residence or refuge to someone in your rented space, it will be best to consult a lawyer first. Any person/(s) taking residence at our place without prior approval and registration with the Nestt team is against policy and a breach of terms.
Ofcourse, you as the tenant are permitted to hire any help to tend to your needs at your own cost and responsibility. They will need to be registered with us and their details shared with other housemates so they feel safe. Please note that hiring any external help will not wave the service fees included in your rent. They are a complementary service, regardless of whether you use it or keep your own.
Currently, we are offering two renting package options. These are the Standard & Premium Options. The rent you pay will depend on the price option you choose as well as your choice of location. Central areas will be more expensive, however areas further away from the city will have lower rent.
For complete pricing and differences between the two packages, please see the breakdown here:
